The ludicrous logic of BT: part two. Just came home to find that an order I placed on July 24, for which I received two separate emails on two different days headlined Your BT.com order confirmation, did not 'go through' and it was my fault because I didn't ring them.
So rather than having equipment and services available on August 15 as ordered, I will have to wait till August 23. And did I say it was my fault for not knowing BT's internal processes? And for thinking that an email headlined Your BT.com order confirmation somehow represented confirmation?
